I have the Panny CT-37G1 directly from Amazon (like me) a lot of other things and I am very happy that I did. The price was very competitive (as best I could find), and the package was closed, with box in excellent condition and appears to have been treated with care. The body uses Amazon (CEVA Logistics) class before. Ireceived a phone call, an order and provide a phone call the morning of the appointment to confirm and pin-point the actual time of delivery. Couriers CEVA kindly window of my house, unpacked, plugged in and connected to the state of the TV, make sure it worked properly. I never had problems with shipping costs for the variety of products that I ordered from Amazon, so I would not hesitate to go to the voice of Big Ticket. If you have done your shopping cartand discovered that Amazon has the best offer, but nervous about the appointment of a TV online, that my experience serve to comfort.
Set up was extremely easy and I find the remote control simple, intuitive and high quality. The HD picture quality is "very good", the quality of SD is "good" (ie, the four stars). In terms of sound quality, I think this is a very subjective and also a point of view. After reading some reviews here I made my disappointment is great potentialTV with built-in sound quality. Well, if the sound quality of TV quality audio in a more surround sound system compares (in my case, a 5.1 system), it must be said that the TV sound system is not very good. But I'm here to tell you that the sound quality – for a TV without external attachments – is absolutely wrong. The clear sound, sound, etc. is perfectly fine, and the volume more than adequate. If you go for high-fidelity surround sound, turnYour system or to go shopping … But, IMHO (in my humble opinion), this problem should not, by any means, a deal breaker when considering the purchase of this TV.
I would also be remiss if I did not report that – even though I experieince real problems – I use the opportunity to Panasonic tech support a few pre-sales and post-sales questions and answering the phone is fast, simple and must communicate with or understand, and provided – in all my cases – the correct answers Iasked.
I just wanted to post some comments soon begin to pay-it-Forward, some other useful information for people like me who read these opinions to make their purchases to help. I would add to the criticisms in the future, if necessary, and, as I have more experience with the product that I would be very helpful if others think ahead.

This is my second Panasonic 37 "TV, and I could no longer satisfied with the quality and ease of use. I would recommend this TV to anyone.
My Panasonic L37G1 – Morley Barnett –
Bought for Christmas. Great picture and size only to fit a small space (35.5 "). I suspect that the sound quality would be to a surround-sound system to be improved, but overall I am very satisfied.

I bought a Panasonic Viera TC-L37G1 from Amazon in October.
In December, the HDMI port (port) no longer works.
Since the TV is less than 42 inches, there is no place for support, even within the first year. Panasonic site says that it must be to a nearby service center.
I live in New York and have no car. The nearest service center is located in a different city. The TV weighs about 40 pounds. And is 27.8 centimeters x 47.7 centimeters x 9.0 "in size.
Now you need to rent a van forDrive 30 miles or so to get the service center, which are repaired!
The most frustrating is when you try to get Panasonic. I have 3 times without any response from Panasonic via e-mail. I called Panasonic 3 times and each time the Call Center (Philippines), you can not connect me to the TV section!
All this is very frustrating for a TV that is 2 months.

I ordered Panasonic VIERA TC-G1 Series L37G1 37-inch 1080p 120Hz LCD HDTV on January 4, 2010. They delivered on time, but not what I ordered. It 'the first time I ordered online electronic, but I had some bad experiences! I'm waiting for the exchange, it is hoped will be the new. Not sure if I can get my friends to this web site or place any orders after this.
