Not really a review but a suggestion regarding the sums on this model.

By the same question I have contacted support and received the following response.

Follow these steps to correct the amounts of issue:
1. Turn on the TV
2. Input mode should tv
3. Turn the volume to zero
4. With remote control to access 9 8 7 6
5. You'll see a menu on the left side
6. Arrow push with backlight and right arrow keys to move the number of 81 to 83, twice the Menu
7. TurnThe volume and listen, if it is humming away.

This indeed solved the problem

  • Resolution: 1366 x768 – Contrast: 800:1 – Brightness: 450cd/m
  • Response Time : 5ms – Digital 3D Comb Filter
  • Noise Reduction

I bought this set online through Costco for 199.00, but the supply seems to have passed. This is a great TV for the price. High Def and standard definition are both great. I wish I had bought two for the price. I am not an expert on high definition televisions, so it may take against technical position. I just know that I have not seen a 26 "HD TV in less everywhere. Great TV for a kitchen or bedroom.

There is a buzz in the background of sound. Not evident when a signal is transmitted, but in fact evident between the signals. So, I think that the TV has been used, not new, as reported. The outside of the box was worn and torn. Inside the box, the styrofoam was broken, which typically occurs when the extraction, the first time.

Very good value. If you hear a slight buzz on the purchase before you worry about. The sound is simple and fast, through the establishment of an environment. I found on Google and many people complain and then find a suggestion for solving problems and fixed it. I think it's just the sound of a light or something else on TV and if you change the setting, can not be heard.
