NY Bestseller List Sony Bravia XBR KDL-40XBR6 40-Inch 1080p 120Hz LCD HDTV

I can not say enough about this company. The model is sold out, which I had originally ordered, so I placed the latest model! Called me and explained the situation and asked if I was against it. I was very impressed with this and recommend it to everyone. The TV arrived on time and great work!
Pay extra for a Bravia XBR is worth it. I thought that I could not see (40 ", maybe too big for my bedroom, the old one) from my bed, but it is perfect.!

Customer Reviews
Warning! – Matthew Leve –
I bought this TV in December '08. E 'was good for just under a year and then just went dead: No picture, no sound, just turn on and off. If the TV still worked, I had no major complaints, maybe the greens and reds are a little 'out, but I was able to correct especially with some of the customization. And the sound is very good, especially compared to Samsung.
Update: I now try to Sony for the TV was delivered yesterday to repair and replace. After IIt 'happened about 5 minutes, the same problem …. No picture, no sound. Needless to say that the only thing I now get a new TV answers

Here's the problem. I contacted Sony before 8 weeks, the difficulties that we had spent about 2 hours trying to fix the phone without success, to explain. I suggested that they give me permission to do maintenance, but she insisted on waiting for a software update for USB post …. 6 weeks later after 3 wrongAttempts to address the incompetence service delivery and more customers, as you might think that I finally received the software update (I had) a night. And, of course, was not working.

Then you need the service phase where I am now in a model of participation. I needed to repair and breakdown service technician's estimate, but I would have not one, as he had no idea what is wrong with the TV: "No Image. No sound. Spin Eh? Only on / off… . 'Now I'm waitingYou get to talk to his manager, I can fax a document back to Sony, along with all receipts must be approved repair service.

In summary, our TV did not work more than a month, I lost more than five hours talking with representatives from Sony incompetent on the phone, and I have little hope in the near future for a TV job. Fortunately, it is still under warranty (only a week!). I hope not to have problems with my other Sony devices in the future. In any case, this is my last buy Sony.

I have a lot of research and then a lot of shopping opportunities for this product and are very satisfied satisfied with the image and ease of use.

As a non-techno-man, I was a little 'how could I connect with my DVD in question, cable and sound system, but the instructions for this easy.

No Regrets on this important purchase.

Excellent product. The quality of video and audio. Cable TV, DVD, PC input works well with the outputs of an old stereo system for theatrical effect. The ability to slide shows and family videos from your PC to a spectacle of high quality screen is invaluable.

A point to remember is that no matter how high the quality of the TV does not improve the quality of the product or the content transmitted by cable companies.
