I originally owned a Magellan Maestro, which was stolen, bought a cheapo, which made it work, but I missed the speakerphone option on Magellan. I decided to try something different, and heard good things about TomTom, so I bought a ONE XL. I understand that sometimes you might get a lemon, but it seems that there is very friendly drivers reached, designed for example.
Options menu, press the button too, and brings you back to take the card, the menuIf you press the wrong option and return.
Bluetooth is a wireless data connection, and not for use as a speakerphone, as most people would expect.
Routing does not have the use of at least one highway or fastest route, so you have to put in the path then an alternative route, more buttons. It also seems pretty stubborn about routing back to its original location, if you deviate. I have problems with the symbol car stopping in a place where they wanted, that I had,in turn until I walked a few blocks away, and still tried to get on track in the same way, although I was close to a point my goal. The Magellan is automatically re-route course on what you before, and not try-you in any way street.
Destination-tells you when you reach your destination, but do not tell you which side of the street on her, which left me in the street, gawking at the mall characters.
VoiceOption-not in the instructions, but you must use the computer voice for it to announce street names. The icon does not change the car when in 3D mode. This is a great GPS, very easy to use and benefit, where you go. However, the cup is not big and it keeps falling on my windshield. Moreover, it will take to find a time, even without GPS on a roadblock. Otherwise, I really did enjoy this product.
