I was a little 'hesitent initially buy a Vizio because it is a mark "deal", but after a lot of research on HDTV and a consultation with a techie friend of mine, I decided to go with this model of Vizio. I was impressed very impressed with the quality of TV, the television appearance, ease of use, and even the packaging. This is my first HDTV, and after setting up for me next to my regular TV, two TVs set to the same station and noticed the difference is almost night and day. Not knowhow I spent so much time from one of these lol.

I only have 4 stars for sound quality just because when you go to the best image quality that you probably will not do so using the noise that comes stock with the TV.

Someone has a review of this TV and complained about the smell of plastic. I noticed a smell of plastic when I have the TV out of the box. I do not think it was more than any other TV would be great, and certainly not unbearable. After it wasOut of the box for a day that I have not noticed, not because I was used to the smell, but because it simply was not there or was not strong enough.

However, I have bought many things on Amazon and have not been disappointed. I ordered this TV on Tuesday, late afternoon, and arived my work in the afternoon of Friday. Beat free, fast shipping, no taxes, can not!

I bought the 42 "240Hz LCD TV from Costco, at an event held recently sold for just $ 699 is the same price that the model was 120 Hz, so I fell for it.
The picture quality is excellent. I really can not distinquish from those of other high-end name brands. The interior is like a breeze. The HDMI interface is very easy to use. It plays the scene fast moving smoothly. Watching HD channels on this TV is blown experience. The complaint is that his book is notexplain the lack of labeling with HDMI input at all. It took me some research online to check the label on the cable box.

The sound quality of the speaker is so-so. I probably add a good bar for improvement.

I heard it too short to comment on the durability of the product. Only time will tell whether the quality control is reliable.
If not changed, the price is really a bargain, given the quality of the image. I'd rather save the extra cost ofProducts branded TV for the purchase of another next generation of television to get the latest, which lasts forever.

My only disappointment is that two weeks after I bought on Amazon Sam's dropping the price on them $ 150. This TV has a great picture. As has been said this tv strange smell, after about two weeks. The only problem I had when I connect a computer so that you are sometimes a few tries before it detects the connection. And 'the best TV on the market for the money.

Bought this model last week fell from the carrier line amazon.The at me quickly and the field was in news shape.Good very useful for those worried by UPS or FedEx, as well as an unknown shipping company.
Depending on your cable provider may require an HD box, but Time Warner has provided me in one day and changed to facilitate my beginner experience happiness.
It comes with its stand attached directly out of the box, so for me it was a big yes.
It is an odorthe device as indicated by other customers, but is almost gone at this point, and for me it was like almost all the new fragrance.
With the HDMI cable, making the cable box and DVD player installation a breeze, in the true sense of the word, one or two minutes.
The picture is impressive run and play with sound and sound quality, equalizer learning very little or no curve.Plus the remote makes it easy to joke when you need to customize it.
The colors are very exciting and again with the remote optimizationis simple and stable between the different stations.
The 42 "is a perfect size, without being over all space, and the visible surface is very good for the big screen.
I did some research, before this model, and I would recommend to every family.
